Law Society of BC approves Cloud Computing amendments to Regulations

The Law Society of BC tries to keep up to date with changes to the way lawyers practise. In 2012, the LSBC convened a Cloud Computing Working Group, which produced useful, if not overly detailed, checklists for lawyers considering using cloud computing. The Working Group also suggested changes to Regulations to keep pace with technological developments. These amendments have now been approved by the Benchers, the LSBC’s governing body.
